Vinification

Fermentation in thermo bins, whole berries, manual "push- down" 3-times daily at max. 30°C. 24 days maceration, followed by transfer to french oak barrels, finalizing malolactic fermentation. 18 months in the barriques before bottling. No fining, no filtration, Estate bottled.

Chak means "together, with one another" in the language of the Mapuche Indians, the indigenous people of Chile.
